Here at Woodgreen Pharmacy, we are able to provide a one-on-one meeting between our Pharmacist and the respective patient. A Meds-Check is a private consultation to review all medications whether they are prescription and non-prescription medications and any natural health products that are currently being used. The Meds-Check program helps to benefit the consistency, quality and overall collaboration between the Pharmacist, Healthcare Team and the patient.

If you are currently taking three or more chronic medications or have type 1 or type 2 diabetes or have any questions regarding your medications, a Meds-Check with our pharmacist may be beneficial for you.
